    By using Logiqa.co or any of our mobile applications (when they are launched) or any related features and Services (collectively referred to as “Service” from here on) you agree to the policies listed in this Privacy Statement.

  2. Information Logiqa Collects :

      We ask you to provide us with information regarding your identity while registering an account to use the Service. This information may include, but is not limited to:

      While you use the Service through any device such as a computer or phone we may collect information regarding your IP Address, Browser Type, Browser Version, Unique Device Identifiers, Device Type, Device Unique ID, Operating System and Other Diagnostic Data.

      Other usage data that we collect includes, but is not limited to, pages of the Service you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on the pages you visit, the order of pages you view, the answers you choose and other interactions with the Service.

      In addition, information you choose to submit to the Service such as questions posted by you or comments and solutions posted by you will be made public to other users as part of the Service.

    • Payment information

      We offer paid subscriptions among other paid features and products. To provide these features we use third-party Services for processing said payments.

      We do not store or collect your payment information. That information is provided directly to the payment processing Service provider who have their own privacy policies regarding collection of information.


  3. Information regarding Minors :

    If you are a resident of the EU, UK, Lichtenstein, Norway, or Iceland, then you need to be at least 16 years old to use the Service. As per Article 8(1) of the GDPR we do not collect any information from children under 16 years.

    California Business and Professions Code section 22581 allows residents of California under the age of 18 years to request and obtain removal of information we have collected. You can contact us for the same. However, there might be certain cases where we are not obliged to comply with these requests as per law.

    For other users the minimum age for registration is 13 years. We do not collect information from minors under the age of 13.

    The main reason we collect the information mentioned above is to provide you with the Service.

    We need your personal information for your registration as a user of the Service.

    We need your usage data to analyze the patterns of how users use the Service to maintain and improve your experience.

    User Submissions: As part of the Service submissions made by you, such as comments, question or solutions, are made public.

    User Profile and Usage Information: As part of the Service your profile page displays your submissions, username and usage statistics which can be viewed by everyone.

    Business Transactions: If we are involved in any form or merger, acquisition or sale, customer information is considered an integral part of the deal. However, we will provide you with prior notice before any such transfer of your data takes place. The information we transfer will then be subject to the new entity’s privacy statement.

    Law Enforcement: We may or need to disclose your personal information in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with the law.

    As mentioned above we value your privacy and understand the trust you are placing in us when you disclose said information. Therefore the security of your personal information is important to us.     As mentioned above we offer paid features and therefore need to use third party payment processing Services who are governed by their own privacy policy. Likewise, we may use third party agents whose serves we use to provide the Service. Your information may be accessed by such companies if it is required to provide you with a good experience of the Service to you. These companies have their own privacy policies and no right to use the information we share with them beyond what is required to helps us providing you with the Service.

    Moreover, you are allowed to link other websites in your user submissions. Likewise, other websites might link back to Logiqa. These websites are not governed by our privacy statement.

    The Service is hosted on servers based in the US. Your information, personal and usage information, is also stored on servers based in the US.

    This means that this information may be transferred to locations which are outside your state, province, country or other government jurisdiction where the laws may differ from the laws where you reside.

We offer a wide variety of puzzles as part of the Service which are divided into many categories and sub-categories. Processing usage information allows us to ascertain many trends such as, but not limited to, which particular categories are more popular and the difficulty of puzzles. This allows us to maintain and upgrade the quality of the Service.

      We use Google Analytics, a web analytics Service offered by Google that tracks website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. Other Google Services have access to this information. Google may utilize the information gathered to personalize its own advertising network's adverts.

      You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
